How it works
Six steps. Most of them are ours.
You choose a look and a date. Paradise handles everything from the first sketch to the labeled bin in storage.
Request a quote
Send the address through the quote form. We arrange a visit at dusk, when the house shows what it will look like lit, and walk it with you.
Approve the design
Within 24 hours of the visit you receive a written proposal: which lines we trace, which trees we wrap, and the price. A 50% deposit reserves your install date; the balance is due on install day.
Installation
Our crew installs commercial-grade C9 LED, cut to your roofline on site, clipped for tile and stucco, set on a timer and tested after dark. Installations in Henderson begin in mid-October and the calendar fills in the two weeks before Thanksgiving.
Enjoy the season
Your lights come on at dusk and go off on schedule. If a bulb or a run fails, tell us and we come back within 48 hours. Maintenance is included.
Removal
Takedown is scheduled in January and completed no later than January 31, around your HOA’s display dates. No clips left in the roofline, no cord in the planters.
Storage
Your set is labeled by property, coiled and stored until next season. Year two is a re-hang of the same set on a date you already know.
