Straight answers about what Paradise installs, what is included, and how booking works in Henderson.
How much does professional Christmas light installation cost?
Every property is quoted on the linear feet of roofline and the difficulty of the install: stories, roof pitch, tile, stucco or fascia, and access. We do not publish a price list. We visit at dusk, walk the property with you, and send a written proposal within 24 hours. A 50% deposit reserves your install date and the balance is due on install day.
Do you provide the Christmas lights?
Yes. Paradise owns and provides all of the lighting used for your display. You never buy, replace, or store lights yourself.
What type of Christmas lights do you use?
Commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs on commercial socket cord, cut to length on site so every run ends on a corner, attached with clips made for tile roofs and gutters. Palms, trees and columns are wrapped in matching mini lights where the design calls for it.
Do you install C9 Christmas lights?
Yes. C9 LED is our standard roofline product. We do not install rope light, LED strip, or retail strings on rooflines.
Do you install lights on palm trees?
Yes. Palm and tree trunk wraps are quoted alongside the roofline and use warm white mini lights that match the C9.
Can I choose my lighting colors?
Yes. Warm white and multicolor are stocked; other colors can be special-ordered when you place your deposit.
What happens if a light or a section stops working?
Tell us and we come back to fix it within 48 hours. Because Paradise owns the lights, keeping them working is our responsibility for the whole season.
Is maintenance included?
Yes. In-season maintenance, a timer, and removal and storage are all included in the price you are quoted.
When should I book Christmas light installation in Henderson?
Installations begin in mid-October and the calendar fills in the two weeks before Thanksgiving. Booking in October gets you the install date you want.
When do you remove the lights?
Takedown is scheduled in January and completed no later than January 31. Many Henderson HOAs set their own display dates; tell us yours and we schedule around them.
Do you store the lights?
Yes. After takedown your set is labeled by property, coiled, and stored until next season, when the same set goes back up on a date you already know.
What areas of Henderson do you serve?
All of Henderson, including Anthem, Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch, Inspirada, Lake Las Vegas, MacDonald Highlands, MacDonald Ranch and Seven Hills.
Do you also serve Las Vegas?
Yes. Henderson is our home market, and we also serve Las Vegas, Summerlin, the southwest valley, North Las Vegas and Boulder City by request.
How do I get a quote?
Send the address through the quote form. We arrange a dusk visit, walk the property with you, and send a written proposal within a day. There is no obligation.
