What Paradise installs
Roofline lighting is the foundation of every design: a continuous run of warm white C9 LED bulbs that traces the eaves, parapets and peaks of the house so the architecture reads cleanly from the street. From there the design can add palm and tree trunk wraps, lit columns and entry portals, and garland or wreaths where they suit the home. Commercial properties in Henderson get the same product and the same crew, scaled to the building.
Do you provide the lights?
Yes. Paradise owns and provides the lighting for your display. You never buy retail strands, replace failed sections, or find garage space for boxes in January.
What kind of lights do you use?
Commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs on commercial socket cord, cut to length on site so every run ends on a corner and the spacing stays even. The cord is attached with clips made for tile roofs and gutters, never nails or staples. Warm white and multicolor are stocked; other colors are special-ordered when you place your deposit.
Is maintenance included?
Yes. Your display runs on a timer, and if a bulb or a run fails during the season we come back and fix it within 48 hours. Because we own the lights, keeping them working is our responsibility, not yours.
Do you remove and store the lights?
Yes. Takedown is scheduled in January and completed no later than January 31. Every set is labeled by property, coiled, and stored until next season, when it goes back up on a date you already know.
